Deburr Operator- Valencia, CA

2nd Shift Available 1:30pm-10pm

3rd Shift Available | 10pm-6am

$21/hr DOE | Overtime Available

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Deburr Operator responsible for finishing precision metal parts by removing sharp edges and burrs in accordance with blueprints and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Deburr metal parts using hand tools, files, and specialty deburring equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and written/verbal instructions.
Ensure parts meet quality standards through continuous monitoring.
Identify parts for inspection as part of the quality control process.
Maintain accurate job documentation (e.g., travelers and system input).
Keep the work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Proficient in using measuring tools, including measuring tapes and calipers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
